On the afternoon of March 28th, 2026, an unidentified male, entered Homebase, 804 E Bus Hwy 190. He selected a black and red Mig/Tig Welder, valued at $996, and placed it in a shopping cart. He ultimately proceeded out of the store without purchasing the welder. The suspect is believed to be a Hispanic male that was wearing glasses with dark frames, an orange zip up jacket, light blue shirt and dark pants.
