In the afternoon of March 15th, 2026 an unidentified white male with a full grown beard and a red backpack entered the parking lot of Giovanni’s Italian restaurant. The male rode in on a bicycle and left with a black Widone E20 electric bicycle (ebike) that did not belong to him. The male had a short sleeve black t-shirt and what appeared to be dark colored bandana or some kind of head cover. The male appeared to be in his late 30s or early 40s.
