This bicycle did not belong to him and he rode off with a young black male companion who was on his own bicycle. The young white/Hispanic male is described black hair, wearing a black long sleeve, black sweatpants, black slides with a hoisted white backpack. The bicycle is described as lime green frame with purple pegs on the rear and black pegs on the front.
